YES Coffee is a specialty coffee roastery based in Rawai, Phuket, Thailand, sourcing beans from Northern Thailand. Orders are submitted through our email-based Request to Order process. Submitting a request does not guarantee availability or acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to limit quantities, decline, or cancel a request at our discretion, and will notify you if this occurs.

Pricing for our coffee is listed on each product page and is subject to change without notice. Payment terms and methods will be confirmed with you directly once an order request has been reviewed and accepted.

Shipping

Shipping arrangements, timelines, and costs will be communicated to you once your order is confirmed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Returns

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within a reasonable time of receiving it so we can make things right. Given the perishable nature of coffee, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.
