Coffee has always been about people.

For us, coffee has never been only a product. It is a quiet, everyday moment shared between people.

That belief led us into the mountains of Northern Thailand, where the land, the climate and the people who tend it shape every cup long before it reaches yours.

From Northern Thailand.

High in the mountains of Chiang Rai and Chiang Mai, cooler air and rich soil let coffee cherries ripen slowly, developing a quiet sweetness and balance you can taste in every cup.

Each cherry is still picked by hand, one at a time, by farmers who have worked this land for generations — because quality begins long before roasting.

Roasting

Roasted with care.

We roast in small batches, never far ahead of when it will be brewed, so every batch keeps the true character of where it came from.

It is a slower way to work, but one that lets each origin's story come through, cup after cup.
